PittCorp's executive training scheme


We believe that all our senior executives should be fully grounded in all aspects of PittCorp International. During the first six months, trainees work at every subsidiary to experience the full range of jobs at every level.

The training of PittCorp's new chairman, Trevor Pitt, exemplified the range and benefits of our training regime. After joining us in April 2004, Trevor worked in our hotel, on-line publishing, theatre, clinical, fisheries and meat processing divisions.

Unfortunately, due to occupational health & safety — and legal — reasons, we are unable to reproduce details of his stay with PittCorp Fisheries in early June. We can report, however, that the toadfish survived, and that Trevor's two days on an intravenous drip at The PittCorp Clinic was a valuable experience.
